The E-Type's higher aspect ratio and straighter leading edge increases flight efficiency for a faster glide with less drag.
Starboard Foils' signature look: the double concave adds stability at speed while the drop-down wing tips act like thruster fins to give precise carving traction.
HOW ARE THE WINGS BUILT?
The thick asymmetrical profile with a rounded leading edge gives maximum lift to boost low-speed performance and overall flying efficiency.
With a dose of high precision, high temperature CNC milled molds, a touch of extremely high pressure and some finishing touches by a robotic sander.
We build these wings out of 100% high modulus prepreg carbon fiber using a blend of unidirectional fibers, bi-axial fibers and a proprietary ultra-light core.
The wings are incredibly light, stiff and responsive. A double overlap along the leading and trailing edges maximizes stiffness and strength.
ARE THEY THE LIGHTEST WINGS IN THE WORLD?
We think so. We don't have access to every wing available, but from what we've seen, the wing construction technology that took us three years to perfect puts us in the unique position of having the lightest, hyper-rigid, bombproof wings we've ever seen.
QUICK LOCK HD FRONT WING ASSEMBLY:
The front wing slides onto the fuselage and locks into place with a quick half turn of the snap bolt.
The new HD upgrade has an extra hole for a second bolt that provides additional security for heavy use.
WILL THIS WING WORK WITH OTHER FUSELAGES?
The Quick Lock HD front wings fit both Quick Lock HD fuselages and Quick Lock fuselages. They will not work with Wind Foil fuselages.
The tail wing sits on a carbon tail piece with a pivot to adjust the stabilizer angle. Set the tail wing to the desired angle, then slide it onto the fuselage. The tail piece locks into place with our patented Quick Lock system, as does the front wing.
MORE LIFT, NEUTRALITY OR SPEED?
More angle gives more lift. Less angle gives more speed. Once you have adjusted the stabilizer angle to your liking, simply tighten the two screws. There is no need to undo these bolts every session.

LET'S TALK ABOUT THE DESIGN OF THE STABILIZER AND ITS FUSELAGE TIP...
The Razr 250's ultra-thin profile and smooth C-shape configuration make it our new wing of choice for speed, efficiency and maneuverability. Suitable for wing, sup, surf, pump foiling, dock start or downwind. Basically, everything.
The stabilizers are made of 28 layers of high modulus carbon, pressed at high temperatures under enormous hydraulic pressure for maximum precision, rigidity and performance.
The tip is available in size 31 or 36, we chose the 36 for the standard wing since the 36 adds more stability while still offering great handling and responsiveness.
WHICH MASTS CAN WE INSTALL?
There are two choices: V7 aluminum pole sets offer maximum strength and rigidity at a lower price. They are available in lengths of 72cm and 82cm. The 72cm is a good all-rounder while the 82cm is suitable for those who are looking for more height.
Then there are the ultimate poles, our Monolithic Carbon series. Super light, fast, maneuverable and stiff, they offer the best foil performance for the most efficient flight. Available in 72cm, 82cm and also 92cm and 102cm for maximum performance.
WHAT FRONT WINGS CAN WE INSTALL?
Replacing the S-TYPE front wing with an E-TYPE increases the efficiency of the foil. What you lose in handling and carving stability, you gain in pumping performance and glide speed.
Also available is the X-TYPE, a slim, low-lift symmetrical kite offering our highest speeds and highest level of foil performance.
WHAT STABILIZERS CAN WE INSTALL?
The RAZR 250 can be replaced by a RAZR 220. This smaller rear stabilizer gives you a faster, more precise and more technical ride. This can improve your pumping efficiency, depending on your personal pumping configuration and style.
WHAT LENGTH FUSELAGES CAN WE INSTALL?
You can choose between 31cm or 36cm for the length of the fuselage connecting the quick-lock system and the stabilizer. This shorter length will make your foil more maneuverable and react faster for tighter and faster turns.
For some, the shorter fuselage can improve pumping efficiency.
HOW DOES THE STABILIZER SETTING AFFECT MY PERFORMANCE?
In general, placing it in the middle gives the best overall performance. Most of us tinker and end up adjusting it to the default middle setting.
If we add the angle to the stabilizer (trailing edge up), it is usually because we need more lift. This may be because the board is very long, the wind is very light or the wave is very small.
If we reduce the stabilizer angle (trailing edge down), it is to gain speed and improve control at higher speeds.
