The Volar Carbon is our most user-friendly windsurfing board for learning and enjoying the sport at all levels. The board is fast, stable and accelerates with every gust of wind.

Whether in a straight line or in a gybe, the Volar Carbon moves naturally, giving the rider the confidence to push their level with every maneuver.

Each size has been individually created to fit specific conditions, giving the larger sizes a proportionally wider and longer outline, with more balance and the early planing needed for lighter conditions. The smaller sizes have a smoother bottom curve for better control needed on rougher days.

You can also change the character of these boards by simply adjusting the straps, using the single or double footstrap on the tail or in its three levels of inboard to outboard settings.

By positioning the volume flow further back, reducing the overall length, keeping the rails more parallel further back, and most importantly modifying the rocker and flat spot, you can adjust the initial entry, control and speed of the board.

The new Volar Carbon is easier to handle and has better floatability, faster to start and quicker to respond to rider input to keep control and go from beginner to intermediate level as fast as possible.

Take off in the lightest breeze and fly in the lulls. Jib entry and exit speed have also been significantly improved, making these boards a pleasure to drag race against your friends on the weekend.

These new shapes increase the overall wind range and responsiveness. Inspired by the success of the Proton Pro, we were able to achieve our goals by moving the volume flow further back, reducing the overall length, keeping the rails more parallel further back, and most importantly, modifying the rocker and flat spot to adjust the initial entry and overall control of the board.

Boards take off in light breezes and fly in lulls. The entire bottom sits just above the water, and from the footstraps you can maintain total control and perfect trim. Jib entry and exit speed have also been significantly improved, making these boards a pleasure to ride or race with your friends.
