The Dice has been the queen of tricks and megaloops for a long time now. It was designed to excel in big air and perform at a very high level in freestyle and even in the waves, it has fans around the world.
New for 2022, the Dice gets a Strong Light Superior makeover and an all-new design to improve its performance.
With each new material used, the design parameters evolve. That's why the riders and designer Ralf Grösel went back to the drawing board to get the most out of the new materials and the wing.
To say they achieved this would be an understatement. The new Penta TX frame construction combines with the Trinity TX canopy to give you a very unique Dice.
The weight has been reduced again, which makes the wing even more responsive in the air and generally increases its range of use. This weight reduction has also increased the flying properties of the kite, making megaloops smoother, and it prevents the Dice SLS from getting stuck when it goes up. In the waves, you can feel the increased drift directly. The kite jumps higher, its hangtime is greater, and the megaloops are even better controlled. The team has also improved the dehooked performance and refined the power release after the pop to allow you to score even more tricks.
We've said it before, but the new Dice SLS 2022 is without a doubt the most impressive freestyle kite on the water. With it you can aim for the podium in both big air and freestyle competitions. It's the star of the quivers along with the Vegas, and it allows for jumps and loops big enough to win the King of the Air. Such an advance in performance is unique.
