What are the payment methods?
We accept online payments by credit card (visa, mastercard), Paypal (up to € 300), payments by check and bank transfer.

Do you guarantee the security of the payment?
Online payment on www.promoglisse.com is secure, your credit card details are encrypted using the 3D SECURE protocol and never pass unencrypted over the network. We do not keep these details after the transaction. This is why they are asked again for each new transaction on our site.
Any confirmed order implies irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale and cannot be called into question.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

What are the conditions of exchange and refund?
Refund conditions:

Delivery

Promoglisse.com is committed to delivering your order to you as quickly as possible: it will usually take less than 72 hours for you to receive the desired merchandise once your package has been prepared.

All orders are processed during our working days (Tuesday to Saturday), checked and packed by order pickers.

Parcel pick-up takes place every day of the week (Monday to Friday at 5.30 p.m.), followed by storage and delivery via the carrier CALBERSON GEODIS within the following 48 hours at the latest.
You will be informed free of charge by SMS when your package leaves our premises. You can then follow the delivery of your package in real time on the site www.geodis.fr using the package tracking number.

You are not at home at the time of delivery? No problem, the company will let you know by different means (transit advice note as well as an SMS and an Email) where to collect your parcel in a "Point Relais Colis" closest to your home.

You will then have 10 days to collect your package from the relay point and you can pick it up with an identity document (and possibly the printing of the package tracking).

After this period, your package will be returned to us automatically if you have not come to pick it up. We will then return it to the address of your choice at your expense.
